This was another of many weddings that I was looking forward to all year, but this one was special in another way. Albeit brief, Samantha is a former employee of Mark Romine Photography, so when I was asked to be the photographer for one of the most important days in her life I was truly delighted and gladly excepted. It was only a little more than a year earlier that I was asked to photograph Amanda’s wedding, Samantha’s older sister, so many of the faces were familiar ones. Although it was a rather chilly day for early October and it drizzled off and on all day, the wedding was none the less quite beautiful! Samantha chose to wear her mother’s wedding dress with a few alterations. She looked stunning and the dress was perfect for her! Following the ceremony, they held their reception dinner at the Miller Park Pavilion. The reception dinner was followed by an after reception party in Uptown Normal at Medici
